Notes:
- Dust and scratch removal will be performed automatically on color negative film (C-41 process). Dust and scratch removal WILL NOT be performed on Black & White film.
- The scanning is performed in Standard resolution of ~3449x2289 pixels for 135 film type and Standard resolution of ~2598x2598 for 120 type film at 300ppi.
Payment
Develop and scan orders
For all develop and scan orders except Archive scan orders we kindly ask you to provide 100% prepayment. We will inform you as soon as your order is complete and send you the link to download your scans from our online storage. Your scans will stay online for 14 days to allow you to download the content. After 14 days online content will be deleted but it will stay safe for another 14 days on our server. As we don’t have a lot of free space, we can not keep your developed film forever so film will be returned to you or trashed as per your request.
Archive scan orders
For Archive scan orders we kindly ask you to provide 50% prepayment. Depending on the amount of data we can ask you to provide us with USB flash drive or external hard drive to upload your content. Archives that are less than 3 Gb can be uploaded to our online storage. We will inform you as soon as your order is complete and send you the link to download your scans from our online storage or to provide us with the portable flash or hard drive to collect your data. If your archive is less than 3 Gb your scans will stay online for 14 days to allow you to download the content. After 14 days online content will be deleted but it will stay safe for another 14 days on our server. If your archive is more than 3 Gb your data will remain safe on our server for 14 days. Your scanned film will be returned to you as soon as the order is complete and the rest of the payment received.
